George "Sonny" W. Lesh, 79, of Dauphin,PA, joined the Lord on Saturday, October 13, 2018. He passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. George enjoyed golfing, boating, spending time at his beach house in Delaware, horse racing, road trips to Florida with his wife to enjoy the warm weather and beaches, and spending time with his family.
George is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis; two sons, Scott and Brian and his wife Cheryl; sister Anne; grandchildren, Dana, Scott II, Steven, Nicholas and James; great-grandchildren Russell and Bristol. He is also survived by his "daughter" Wanda, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Barbara Lupey, who introduced George to Phyllis. He was preceded in death by his father, George Preston and mother, Arbutus, as well as his son, George "Terry" Lesh.
