You were the best typing teacher I ever had. I really enjoyed being in your classes in high school. You had a beautiful spirit. Newport high school has lost a great teacher and person. I will miss you always. My deepest sympathies to the family. She will be missed.

When I think of my senior year at Newport, Mrs. Bell was a major influence and source of entertainment. We had so much fun in her classes and spent a lot of time with her for regular classes, Business Club and FBLA. Karen F. & I would antagonize her (in a good way) and she gave it right back to us. I think she secretly loved I know she wanted us to be good at what we did, and she succeeded. Thank you to the Bell family for sharing your Mother with us all those years at NHS. A person's life and legacy grows 10X once they've passed through the kind words and memories that are shared in their honor. May she rest in peace knowing she made a difference in the lives of many. Wishing her family peace in the days to come.
