Jeffrey Paul Grannas, 44, died Thursday night April 18, 2019 in Millerstown, PA as a result of a
motorcycle accident.
Jeff, a previous resident of Hollidaysburg currently of Millerstown, PA, was born June 7, 1974 in Roaring
Spring, PA to Samuel P. and Emily J. (Longenecker) Grannas. Jeff was a 1992 graduate of Hollidaysburg
Area High School and a 1997 graduate of Penn State University. On October 23, 2015 he married Angela
Joyce Brantner.
Jeff is survived by his parents Samuel and Emily Grannas, his wife Angela, and two-year-old son Jacob
Reid Grannas, and son to previous marriage, Christian Grannas. He is also survived by his siblings Julie
(Todd) Bowser, Scott (Tami) Grannas, Wade (Jolene) Grannas, Laura (Randy) Rhodes, and Joel (Jacinda)
Grannas. He is also survived by Mother-in-law Sharon Brantner as well as in-laws Rhonda and Gary Irvin
and Travis and Melony Brantner. Jeff is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Paul and Minnie Grannas and maternal
grandparents Lester and Namoi Longenecker.
Jeff was the owner and operator of JPG, LLC Trucking Company. Jeff attended New Harvest Church in
Millerstown, PA and in his free time, he enjoyed restoring classic cars, hunting, fishing, riding his
motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at New Harvest Church in Millerstown, PA. Friends and
family will be received from 1-5pm with funeral service beginning at 5pm officiated by Pastor Terry
Burton and internment to follow at Riverview Cemetery in Millerstown, PA.
