   Cynthia L. Barrick, 56 years old, passed away Friday at her home in Newport. She was born March 16, 1963 to the late Edward and Sandy (Walter) Cohick.  She was a graduate of Newport High School and worked at the Newport Elementary School.
  Cindy is  survived by her sons, Brandon L. Weimer of Oberlin, PA and Dakota J. Barrick, currently stationed in Biloxie, MS and brother, John Cohick of Vacaville,CA.
  A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 20 at 3 PM at the Susquehanna Valley Church of Christ, 200 Roosevelt Avenue, Selinsgrove, PA. A luncheon will follow and guests are invited to bring a covered dish. Burial will be private.

Very sad to hear of Cindy's passing. We were friends since high school. She had the most beautiful smile of anyone I have known. I will sincerely miss her. We ran into each other at the Weis Store quite a bit. God Bless her family as they grieve during this tremendous loss.

What a sad day I remember her long hair and pretty smile when in school. she an I talked a few years ago about our lives growing up. I wished we talked more. you will be missed.
