I have been a friend of Ralphs for many years, this message is difficult because we went on many rides over the years. We had many discussions about the bible, his service at the prison, FOOD, ICE CREAM, public service , history, and the future. He always said he was ready for God when he called. He also had a great sense of humor. A good example would be he never would tell you where he wanted to go, but if you came to a stop sign and he was ask if he wanted to go to the left for a bowl of soup or the right for ice cream his answer was I can always make soup. So ice cream it was. May God be with the family at this time. Remember we all know that Ralph is in Gods hands. Love and [prayers Dave Magee
