Born on October 20, 1949 to the late Benita Poorman and Lewis Baker Sr., in Bellefonte Pa. He entered Heaven on March 25, 2026, at home, with his loved ones by his side.

Andrew served in the United States Navy, drove commercial truck, farmed, enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and being with family. His greatest joy was being Pop Pop to his grandsons.

Andrew is survived by five children, Andrew Jr., Nathan, Elizabeth, Kaleb, Jared, as well as grandsons Dylan and Weston. In addition he is survived by his close friends and bonus family, Sally, Craig and Christopher, as well as his caregivers, Lizzy and Morgan.

Andrew was the oldest of 7 children, four of whom survive, Gyla, Kevin, Shawnee and Harold. In addition to his parents, he was pre-deceased by his brother Lewis and sister Gaylene.
