Anne M. Miller, 74, of Newport passed away September 3, 2023. She was born on August 17, 1949 to Robert F. Granzow, Jr. and Grace M. (Straub) Granzow in Shamokin, PA. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Lawrence Miller.  Also surviving are 4 children, Sybil Keris (Matthew) of Clarks Summit, Peter Miller (Amanda) of Newport, Alexander Miller (Caitlin) of Saco, Maine, Kathryn Landis (Jed) of Selinsgrove, 10 grandchildren, Andrew Keris, Alexander Keris, Grace Keris, Max Miller, Audrey Landis, Penelope Landis, William Landis, Jack Landis, Finn Miller, and Henry Miller, and countless others whom she loved as her own. Anne was a retired English teacher at Newport High School. Anne will be greatly missed, but her story telling legacy will withstand the test of time.

Friends may call on Sunday, September 10 from 1-3 pm at The David M. Myers Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 125 Walnut St., Newport. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Heart Association in honor of her beloved granddaughter, Audrey.
