Obituary
BONNIE J. LIGHTNER, 70, of Newport, PA, died Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg.
Mrs. Lightner was born February 2, 1953 in Harrisburg, PA to the late James and Nellie (Horting) Clouser.
She was a former employee of Reuben Brothers Dress factory in Harrisburg, a former hospice worker and a housewife. She was a woman of deep faith and trust in God’s word. Bonnie was a very loving person who loved helping others. She also loved playing Bingo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor M. Lightner.
Bonnie is survived by 2 sons: Brian J. Clouser of Port Royal, Justin M. Lightner of Newport; 4 sisters: Shirley Sheaffer of Annville, Connie Miller of Ickesburg, Deb Crockett of Harrisburg, Tracy Miller of Newport; and 4 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at later date at the convenience of the family
