MEMORIAL CELEBRATION OF LIFE FOR

Dr. Carlton Busko passed from this life on Monday, December 23, 2024.
A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held at noon on Friday, March 21, 2025 at
Eastbrook Well Spring Care, 150 Eastbrook Road, Smoketown, Lancaster County. Please arrive
between 10:30 and 11:30 AM so that we can get everyone parked and inside to start at noon.

The Memorial Service begins at noon, followed by a late lunch and Celebration of Life.
While eating, everyone will be invited to celebrate Dr. B’s life by sharing stories that illustrate the
kaleidoscope of special connections we’ve each shared with Dr. B—the master storyteller.
Our stories will be a gift to the Busko family and to all of us who have been brought together on
this day to remember the many facets of Dr. B’s commitment to life, faith, and community.
Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in memory of Dr. Carlton
Busko to the designee announced at the service.
