Catherine M. Lyter, 70 years old, of Liverpool, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024. She was born  April 11, 1954 in Lewisburg to Ida and Robert Eckhardt. She was a Legionare  at the Liverpool American Legion Post #364 and enjoyed playing bingo and the lottery.

Catherine is survived by her husband, John A. Lyter, brother  Paul E. Shatto, sisters Virginia A Gamble and Tina D. Marks, grandchildren Connor and Colin Chapman, step son Alton J. Lyter, and step daughter Raquel Lyter and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kimberly Kieffer, brother George Shatto and sister Mary Kline.

Services will be held, Monday, June 3 at St. John (Barners) Lutheran Church, Liverpool with a viewing from 10 Am until the funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Liverpool Cemetery.
