Charles L Huss, 89, of Duncannon, entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 11, 2024.  Born September 4, 1934, and was the son of the late William and Evelyn Huss.

 

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Nancy E (Heffley) Huss of Duncannon; Two sons, Donald L Huss of Landisburg, Thomas E Huss (Kathy) of Newport; One daughter, Sharon L (Huss) Miske (Michael) of Newport; 9 grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley, Christina, Justin, Matthew, Ryan, Leann, Charles (KC) and Leah; 9 great grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Houck of Marysville.

 

Charles was preceded in death by 3 children; Ronald C Huss, Linda (Huss) Howell, and Charles “chuck” Huss, all of Duncannon. And great grand-daughter, Aleisha Howell.

 

Charles was a retired PP&L lineman and truck driver.  During his retirement he enjoyed watching his favorite sport, Professional wrestling.  He also took in cared for his many cats that just wondered onto his property, as he never turned one away that needed food and attention.  He also enjoyed collecting Hess trucks.

 

Services will be held on Monday July 22, 2024.  Viewing at 10:00 and services directly after starting at 11:00.
