Dale E. Baughman, 77, left this world to be with the Lord on 7/29/2025 at Premier at Perry Village, New Bloomfield, PA.

Dale, also known to his friends and family as Jake, was born on 6/11/1948 in Landisburg, PA, the son of Brady Baughman  and Mary (Smith) Baughman. He grew up in New Bloomfield, PA, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep love for his family. After attending Perry Joint High School, he went on to pursue a career with Frog &  Switch Manufacturing, to which he dedicated himself for 35 years.  Following his retirement he then pursued another 10 years with Ames Tru-Temper.

A loving husband to Donna Baughman, Dale was a pillar of strength and support for his family. Together, they raised one daughter: Lisa (Baughman) Yates. He was a devoted father, always there to offer guidance, love, and a hearty laugh. He cherished family gatherings, and his presence at holidays and celebrations brought warmth and joy to those around him.

Dale had many passions in life, including Hunting and Fishing and Nascar, which he enjoyed sharing with his friends and family. Dale was a member of Adams Lodge #319 of New Bloomfield.  He accepted the Lord at the Landisburg Assembly of God Church, Landisburg.  Dale was known for his sense of humor and quick wit that always brought many smiles and laughs.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna (Kitner) Baughman of 58 years and love of his life, his daughter, Lisa (Baughman) Yates and Kevin, and 2 grandchildren, as well as 2 great grandchildren and his beloved cat, Cheyanne. He is also survived by his sister, Mary (Baughman) Kitner, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great-nephews and friends who will all miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers. Samuel, George, Ray, Brady Earl (Butch), Donald Wayne (Painter).  His sisters, Ruby, Anna and Ruth (infant).

A service will be held in the future as his life will be celebrated daily by everyone who knew him as his memory will live on in our hearts forever.
