David L. Carr, 38 years old, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026 as the result of a fire at his home in Newport. He was born July 3, 1988 to the late Faylene (Carr) and Donald Kramer. He loved carnivals, wrestling,and  building knex . He enjoyed doing art work- but, his greatest joy was his children.

He is survived by his sister, Jessica Kramer of Harrisburg, half brother Donald Kramer Jr and half sister Missy Isley. He was preceded in death by his daughters Hannah, Makencie and Paige Carr.

A Visitation will be held Friday, July 17 from 1-3 PM at the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport
