Gary S. Shanaman, 65 years old, passed away July 10, 2026 at his home in Carlisle, surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born October 1, 1960 to the late Paul and Arlene Shanaman.He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Carlisle and enjoyed ghost hunting, being outdoors and mowing the grass. His greatest joy was spending time with his children.
Gary is survived by his wife Margie "Smith" Shanaman; sons Steven, Michael and Christopher Shanaman (Tara) of Carlisle; brother Ricky Shanaman of Delaware; sisters Denise Grierson of Middletown and Linda Flowers of Manheim and grandchildren Shyne and Jayla Shanaman and Tiara Feliciano.
