Helen Monann (Gibney) Bailor

Helen "Monann" Bailor (Gibney), born May 2, 1939, of Shippensburg (formerly Newport), went to be with the Lord at the age of 82 on March 11, 2022. She was the proud mother of seven children, grandmother and great grandmother to many, and great great grandmother to one.
She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert J. Bailor, Jr., parents Russell T. Gibney, Sr. and Mary C. Gibney of Newport, brother Larry Gibney of Mechanicsburg, sons Ronald and Michael Sr., and grandson Michael Jr.
She is survived by her brother Russell "Tom" Gibney, Jr. (Judy) of New Bloomfield, sisters Lynda Ogden (Robert) of Newport and Suellen Friedline (George) of York Springs, sons Dale R. Bailor (Julie) of York Springs, Brian T. Bailor (Kathy) of Newport, Mark R. Bailor (Rhonda) of Lewisberry, Doreen E. Rosenberry (Rickey) of Shippensburg, Wendy S. Hickland (Mason) of Alabama, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
