Jane H (Hoffman) Roush

 Jane H. Roush passed away at her home in Millerstown surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Jane was 88 years old.
 She was born in Harrisburg on February 20,1935 to the late William and Marie Hoffman of Millerstown. Jane graduated from Greenwood High School and attended Lebanon Valley College where she earned a degree in Music Education. Jane married her high school sweetheart,  the late Darwin D. Roush, in 1958 and they settled in Millerstown.
 Jane was a vibrant member of the Millerstown community. She was recognized for her service in 2004 by being named the Jaycees Citizen of the Year.
 She was a faithful member of the Millerstown United Methodist  Church where she served graciously as the choir director for over 50 years. In addition she actively participated on several committees in the church.  Jane loved music! She was a charter member of the Greenwood Community Band and played her cornet from 1977 until she was well into her 80s. Jane also was a member of the Eastern Star #459.
 Jane is survived by her devoted daughter, Debra Roush of Millerstown, her brother and sister-in-law, William and Donna Hoffman of Naples, Florida and by her sister-in-law, Lilian Roush of Millerstown. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

 Services will be held Saturday, March 18 from the Millerstown United Methodist Church with a visitation from 10 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Millerstown.
