Joyce A. Hench, 81 years old, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at her home in New Bloomfield. She was born July 30, 1941 to the late Paul and Bessie (Kreiser) Weldon. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the New Bloomfield VFW and a past member of the Roadrunners Club.
  Joyce was the widow of Gerald F. Hench and is survived by her daughter Kathy L. Quinones of New Bloomfield; grandchildren Kalaci Morrison (April) and Koal Morrison (Elizabeth) and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brother Raymond Weldon and sister Jean Narehood.
 Services will be held Thursday from the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport with a visitation from 9 AM until the funeral service at 10 AM. Burial will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
