Linda Lee Mitchell

Linda Lee Mitchell passed away on February 8, 2026 at home in Camp Hill. She was born to R.
Morrison and Gladys Brown on May 3, 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband Gary
Mitchell. She is survived by her son and his family, David, Gyselle, and Gabriel McNaughton of
San Diego; her brother-in-law John Hillje of Texas; and her second cousin Tammy McQuaid and
her family of Marysville.
Linda had a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and a master’s degree from Penn
State Harrisburg. She spent time working for Mazzetti and Sullivan, Mountaintop Technologies,
the Department of Welfare, and the Indiana School District.
She was fond of puzzles, British mysteries, yoga, gardening, cards, and Nintendo. Rumor has it
she had the fastest wheels in the halls, and the best balcony tomatoes in the state.
A memorial service for friends and family will be held at the Woods at Cedar Run in Camp Hill
on April 9 th at 2:30.
