Margaret T Sullivan Obituary

Margaret T. "Margie" Sullivan (Turner)
Margaret T. Sullivan, a longtime resident of both Adams County and Perry County,
Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, at the age of 87.
Born on August 5, 1938, in Carroll Township, Perry County,  Margie was the cherished daughter of John and
Annie (Kitner) Turner. She grew up in a close-knit family alongside her siblings John, Paul,
Dorothy, and Shirley. Their home was filled with warmth and laughter, fostering bonds
that Margaret carried with her throughout her life.
Margie dedicated 28 years of her career to Knouse Foods Co-op Inc., working at the
Peach Glen Plant. Her commitment and hard work were hallmarks of her professional
life until her well-earned retirement.
Margaret found joy in the beauty of nature and had a deep love for the mountains. She
cherished spending time outdoors working in her flower beds, where she felt most at
peace. These moments in nature reflected her appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
Margie is survived by her oldest son Garry and his wife Rita; her beloved granddaughter
Tammy Leppo and Tammy's husband Tim; her sister Shirley; and her nephew Bryan.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents John and Annie Turner; her brothers
John and Paul Turner; her sister Dorothy Bouser; and her youngest son Ronald
Sullivan.
Margaret’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May the
legacy of her kindness and love bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
