Maxine L. "Tass" (Asper) Isenberg, 78, of Newport, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022 in the UPMC West Shore Hospital. She was born May 20, 1944 to the late John and Verna (Tressler) Asper.
She worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a secretary, National Agra Underwriters as Assistant Vice President, Agway and Bittings.
  Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Jack H. Isenberg and is survived by her son Michael Isenberg (Kandy) of Newport; step sons Jack Isenberg II and Steve Isenberg (Marien) of Mechanicsburg, Dan Isenberg of Carlisle and step daughter Amy Martinez (Herman) of Harrisburg; grandsons Justin and Kyle; great grandchildren Rylan, Addison and Gavin, 6 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren; brother John Asper Jr (Bonnie) of Newport,; and sisters Betty Dorbert of Newport, Joan Fisher of Lemoyne and Debra Wilt (Jackson) of Shermans Dale.
  A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday, August 27  at 11 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, New Bloomfield..
