Nelson L. Smee, 86 years old, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at his home in Wila. He was born June 3, 1937 to the late Britton M. and Veletta (McGuire) Smee.   He was a member of the Mannsville Lutheran Church  and enjoyed hunting and sitting on his porch,  visiting with neighbors 

  Nelson is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Campbell) Smee; daughter Kimberly Smee of Mechanicsburg; step daughter Juanita Warner of Leesburg, VA; brother Max B. Smee (Eve) of Coudersport; step grandchildren Alyssa and Corwin Warner and faithful cat Fred. He was preceded in death by his son Keith Smee and stepson Richard Trout.

Services to be held  Saturday, February 24 at the Newport Fire House with a visitation from 2 PM until the service at 3 PM
