Patsy J Rudy

Patsy Joann Rudy, 77 years old, passed away June 21, 2026 at her home in New Bloomfield, surrounded by her family. She was born August 28, 1948 in Mechanicsburg to the late Howard and Violet Rudy. .She was a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and Empire Beauty School. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed sewing, crafting, gardening, thrifting and going to breakfast with family.

Patsy  is survived by her husband, Ricky L. Bumbaugh; children Frederick and Daniel Mixell, Mindy Heckard and Lyndy Harvey; step children Richard Beish (Danielle), Jerimiah Bumbaugh (Kaela) and Josh Bumbaugh; 24 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be Saturday, July 25 at 9 AM at the Mechanicsburg Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Patsy's Life at 11 AM at 101 W. McClure St. New Bloomfield
