Theodosia E. Livingston, 71 years old, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023 at her home in Newport. She was born November 4, 1951 in Newport to the late Russell Eugene Livingston and Edith Merle Livingston. She enjoyed painting and going to the beach. Her greatest joy was being with family and friends..
  Thea is survived by her daughters Theodosia (T.J.) Livingston  of Harrisburg, Emily Livingston of Charlotte, NC, and daughter-in-law Kelly Livingston of Charlotte NC; grandchildren Mason, Marcus and Miley Arbogast, London Marshall and Thea Quinn Livingston and great grandchildren Crue and Jaxon Kreiger. She was preceded in death by her great grandson Matteo Arbogast and paternal grandmother Theodosia (Dote) Sheaffer.  

 A Celebration of Thea's life will be held Wednesday, October 25 from 4-6 PM at the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport.
