Winifred J. Radle, 96 years old, formerly of Elliottsburg, passed away   February 8, 2024 in Orlando, FL. She was born January 27, 1928 in New Bloomfield to Paul and Goldie (Roberts) Owen. She enjoyed sewing, fishing and NASCAR.

 Winifred was the widow of Harry  Radle and is survived by her sons,  Gary W. Radle of Elliottsburg and Ralph G Radle of Florida; brothers Richard Owen of Marysville and Jay Owen of Newville; sister Joyce Shuman of New Bloomfield; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter Janice Stydinger; brothers Paul Jr., Gerald, Carl, Charles and Thomas Owen and sisters Janet Horvath and Rosalie Boyer.

  Services will be held Saturday, February 17 at the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport with a viewing from 10 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM with Pastor  Edward Boyle officiating. Burial will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery, New Bloomfield.
