Pauline C. Kerstetter, 85 years old, formerly of Perry County, passed away Wednesday May, 1, 2024 at Locust Grove Retirement Village. She was born July 10, 1938 to Irene and James Casper. Pauline is survived by her daughter Cathy Shunk of Danville; granddaughters Angel Reigle and Misty Shunk and great grandchildren Madison, Kendall and Abigail Drury and Baylee Shunk.  

Patricia Jane Noll - "Patty" "Pat", 77 years old of Millerstown, passed away May 1, 2024, surrounded by her family.  Pat was born August 7, 1946 in Lewistown to the late George and Alice Rebecca (Wirt) Eby. John F. George, 52 years old, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at his home in Newport. Donna J. Rush-Wolfe, 84 years old, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024. She was born August 29, 1939 to John Wm and Mary (Mobley) Rush Sr. She retired as supervisor from Impact Systems Group Home for the Mentally Challenged.. Margaret A. "Peg" Tressler,  73 years old, of Newport, passed away April 20, 2024. She was born February 19, 1951 to the late Theodore and Helen Furry. She was a retired teacher  for the Newport School  District where she was also active in the athletic programs as a coach for softball, girls basketball and  golf. She was a 1969 graduate at Greenwood High School and continued her education at Shippensburg College where she earned her bachelor and master degrees....

Terry McElheny, of Newport, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill. He was born March 10, 1944 in Lancaster, PA to Clyde and Sara (King) McElheny. He was a veteran of the US Army and retired from the PA State Police as a trooper and polygraph examiner. He attended West Shore Brethren in Christ Church and collected guns and knives.   Terry is survived by his wife of 45 years Patti and son Christopher.  No flowers, please....

  Robert A. Ogden, 77, of Newport,PA, passed away Saturday April 13, 2024 at his home. He retired from Aycok as a welder He was a member of the Newport American Legion and Social Order of Owls.  B. Bruce Boyer, 92 years old, of Millerstown, passed away Saturday April 13, 2024 at the Shippensburg Health Care Center. He was born Feb 21, 1932 in Perry County to Rufus and Katie (Barner) Boyer.
